Jalapeno cheddar cheese biscuits with house made chorizo gravy

King Crab eggs benedict with avacado, preserved lemon hollandaise

Painted hills beef and potato hash: crispy potatoes, Calabrian chilies, caramelized onions, melted gruyere cheese, fried egg

Grilled brie cheese sandwich with turkey and cranberry compote on sourdough

Petit filet mignon Oscar with white asparagus, artichokes and King Crab hollandaise
